Facebook, MySpace Ads Make Them More Social
NOVEMBER 12, 2007 - Digital media buyers were divided on the sheer magnitude of the new advertising initiatives announced last week by the Web’s two biggest social networking players—MySpace and Facebook—but most agreed that these new products will propel social networking advertising closer to reaching its mostly untapped targeting and viral potential. And some observers said Facebook has clearly lapped its larger rival when it comes to innovation on the advertising front.
